When do you pay?

We pride ourselves at TimberTime tree service by not taking a penny from you until you are 110% satisfied with the job!
Are Quotes Free?

Yes all quotes are 100% free. We would ask that you set up a time we can go over you jobs specific needs and a written quote will be provided. Will my lawn get damaged? We do our very best to protect your property in some cases little ruts can be made in your lawn but we always do our very best to fix them!
Are you insured?

Absolutely this is very dangerous work and we would not be doing it without insurance. Proof can be provided at home owners request!
How long will it take?

Every job is different and a brief estimation can be given on time!
Do I have to be home?

If you choose to be home during the project then you are most certainly welcome, however if you have other commitments then that is no problem at all everything will still be taken care of!
What happens to the wood and the wood chips?

The woodchips get provided to local farmers and community gardens, and depending on the type of wood we process it into firewood so that no part of the tree goes to waste! If you wish to keep either the wood or wood chips you are more than welcome to do so!
